Finboa’s original website and brand struggled to make its value proposition instantly understandable to first-time visitors. The site’s information architecture made it difficult for users to quickly grasp how the platform works. The challenge was to create a brand and website that easily helped users navigate and enjoy their journey through the website.
The Solution
The redesign focused on simplifying the user experience and clarifying Finboa’s core solutions. I reorganised the information architecture to guide visitors from problem to solution more intuitively, strengthened the messaging hierarchy to highlight key value (such as automation efficiency and compliance reliability), and introduced a cleaner, more modern visual design that aligns with Finboa’s tech-forward brand. The result is a more engaging and accessible website that highlights Finboa’s automation expertise and helps drive demo requests and conversions with greater clarity and confidence.
